i almost quit too because everyone kept saying the market is saturated. but sticking with one stack and going deep is what finally got me interviews. depth beats hopping around every time, even if the job hunt is slow

After seven years in JS and seeing the direction web and mobile development are taking I decided to start learning embedded systems. Facing hundreds of applicants for a single JS role, dealing with shifting requirements, and the prospect of generating all code with AI don't exactly offer much motivation these days.

I felt this so deeply! I almost gave up multiple times after trying to learn everything at once. What finally saved web dev for me was stepping away from the popular React/Vue setup and sticking to Laravel + Livewire. Now I finally have a clear path, I'm sticking to it, and I'm building my future with it. Keep going, everyone! 🚀

in some days ai will be everywhere.. even it is almost everywhere right now not just only in cs field.. ai is being made for almost each and every task human can do.

every field struggle with it. and you are right. after the knowledge you will get, ai will become easier to use. that is. if you do things with ai right now and don't understand what is going on…. so you will be tool all the time. ai is becoming main tool, just because companies let you pay. if you have some knowledge you pay less if you are dumb you pay more and earn less.

Honestly that’s the best piece of advice you’re giving us, beginners. I started learning from scratch since May, I did 3 months Python until I learned to use FastAPI, Alchemy, Postgres, Alembic and authentification
Then I switched to Java/Spring Boot, learning both for only one week, then TypeScript/Angular only one week. Just to be ready enough to work on my friend’s project and truly learn while building. I hear of tons of stuff: Kafka, Kubernetes, Redis and many other technologies and sometimes one might feel very insignificant because there’s much to know. The key is to go step by step, we’ve got the right to be beginners, stumble, learn and the best advice you gave here: LEARN WHAT HELPS YOU SOLVE A PROBLEM TODAY. I learned Angular/Spring Boot because I need them not because it’s cool
