China’s dominance in display technology, particularly with MicroLED, showcases its ability to scale production and innovate in manufacturing processes, threatening to redefine global market standards. Meanwhile, American initiatives, such as those from MIT and Q-Pixel, focus on groundbreaking inventions that could simplify the production challenges faced by their Chinese counterparts. This emerging rivalry reflects a larger geopolitical struggle over the future of technology and its impact on society.

The problem is that it's easier to steal ideas than it is to stand up thousands of factories.

In the 1990's they said this was coming, they had it already invented and installed at some places, they called it "The Being There Wall"! It takes so long even now to get a technology off the ground! The tech in the queue now is ultra-amazing! Thanks!

"Right now, there is a whole, an entire generation that never knew anything that didn't come out of this tube. This tube is the gospel, the ultimate revelation; this tube can make or break presidents, popes, prime ministers; this tube is the most awesome goddamn propaganda force in the whole godless world, and woe is us if it ever falls into the hands of the wrong people, and that's why woe is us that Edward George Ruddy died. Because this company is now in the hands of CCA, the Communications Corporation of America; there's a new chairman of the board, a man called Frank Hackett, sitting in Mr. Ruddy's office on the twentieth floor. And when the 12th largest company in the world controls the most awesome goddamn propaganda force in the whole godless world, who knows what shit will be peddled for truth on this network?"

Some just are supposed to trust CHYNAH and allow them even more access to us? No thanks, I will just keep my box!
@sharonducci7089 · October 6, 2026 at 3:33 pm
What if there’s a frequency what if there’s something there that they could brainwash you with I need people to look into this more deeply what is China up to all of a sudden TVs? I don’t think so.
@sharonducci7089 · October 6, 2026 at 3:33 pm
Why is everybody so comfortable about China making something think about this now making something that every person around the world uses and watches hours at a time. Why would they all of a sudden have an urge to build a television that’s small potatoes unless the waves or the frequency or something they’re using listening devices maybe they’re watching you there’s no way to shut it off. They’re listening constantly. It’s like their own private security cameras in every house all over America and I mean every house. Is anybody thinking of the big picture China has been our enemy China has done everything they can to destroy this country why would they all of a sudden be making TVs because it’s the one thing everybody uses around the world it is the best source of espionage they could ever come up with am I the only one thinking this way why is everybody half asleep?

@conservativemike3768 · October 6, 2026 at 3:33 pm
I fooled with this 15 years ago in my workshop. Couldn't make the modular element work with the level of tech at the time. My goal was virtual travel, not TV shows.

Wondering how long it will take for the price to come down so the average person can afford it.

TV has been on the way out for a while now…but interesting to see what this technology from China is.
@CharlieMontana-e8e · October 6, 2026 at 3:33 pm
Most of what China has, was stolen from other countries.
@LazloArcadia · October 6, 2026 at 3:33 pm
Now imagine what happens when you use the same tech on the surface of an object like a fighter jet or a tank and suddenly you have adaptive camouflage so good it might as well be invisibility.

You know that all your young Alzheimer's patients are all vaccinated right? You can thank the covid vaccine for that.
@andrewmena3118 · October 6, 2026 at 3:33 pm
You have it all wrong, it’s not about technology. It’s about who controls the oceans, a.k.a. America and their nuclear Navy.
@MrMacado · October 6, 2026 at 3:33 pm
This does not seem appealing.

If they can’t place a camera, speaker and connect it so it can monitor and track your every step. This technology will not make it

As long as the legacy media, and politicians keep manufacturing division amongst us it will be challenging. The media and radical politicians are literally holding back America’s potential as a whole.
