This is today’s workout. I had a little too much to drink last night And woke up late. I still need to do my daily workout though so I did a bit of online surfing and found this.

    still takes me around 10 minutes to do this :(. I really am out of shape. Hopefully I can do 7 minutes or less by the end of the month.
