Very interesting talk about where our fat goes when we lose it :)


Just saw this today and I found it very interesting. Medyo sumakit ulo ko as biochem part because I hated chemestry lol but despite all the complicated stuff, at the end he will just reiterate the basic things that most of us probably already know.




Weight loss is all about:

  1. Eating less
  2. Moving more
  3. and breathing 🙂
