We all make excuses to ourselves so that we can skip working out. That’s how we sabotage our own progress.

So when I found this infographic at workingoutsucks.com I immediately fell in love with it. It hit’s the nail on the head and I just had to share it on my blog.

I can relate to most of it and I’m pretty sure that a lot of you can relate as well.

A couple of other excuses that I used, and still do sometimes lol (in tagalog):

  • nakakahiya, di ko alam ginagawa ko (when I started working out, crossfit, boxing, etc…)
  • la akong ok na gym outfit
  • di nalang ako kakain, para mabawi yung di ko pag gym
  • 3 hours nalang may pasok na ako, malalate lang ako kung mag workout pa
  • di daw punta kasama ko, next time nalang
  • naku umulan, next time nalang lol
  • sayang pamasahe
  • solid naman workout ko last week, next week nalang ulit
  • lamig ngayon, nakakatamad lumabas
  • ang init, nakakatamad lumabas lol

      lol well that’s a valid one I guess. A friend of mine used that excuse on me when I invited her to box last month haha.
