Hybrid Athelete BW Workout # 1
Got this from The Hybrid Athelete. It’s an awesome site with a lot of free information about fitness.
This might be a bit difficult if you’re not used to the workouts because of the number of reps that you have to do. So feel free to reduce the number to 20 or 30 each if you can’t do 50. Then just scale it back up in your later workouts once you’re able to do the full sets.
